A Verified badge means Stripe, our payment partner, confirmed the vendor's identity when they set up payouts. Every vendor must do this before they can be paid. It isn't a license, background or quality check. Trusted Vendor and Top Vendor badges are earned separately, from completed Ajola bookings and client reviews.

Yes! Ajola provides tools to manage inquiries, quotes, bookings, calendar availability, and payments all in one place.

After each completed booking, clients can leave verified reviews. These build your reputation and help future clients trust your work.

Payments are processed securely through Ajola. You can pay deposits and remaining balances through the platform. Payments are handled by Stripe, and if a booking is cancelled, refunds follow the vendor's cancellation policy shown before you pay.

Yes! You can browse multiple vendor profiles, read reviews, compare pricing, and save favorites to help you make the best choice for your event.

Each vendor sets their own cancellation and rescheduling policies, which are visible on their profile. Contact the vendor directly through the platform to discuss any changes.
