1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ajola (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Ajola is a marketplace that connects event hosts with vendors offering event-related services. We facilitate introductions, messaging, bookings, and payments between hosts and vendors. Ajola is not a party to any agreement between hosts and vendors.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Ajola charges a platform service fee on transactions. Vendors receive payouts through Stripe Connect. All fees are disclosed before payment is made.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual vendors and disclosed on their listing pages. Ajola will facilitate refunds in accordance with the vendor's stated policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, harass other users, post false or misleading content, attempt to circumvent Platform fees, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and design, is owned by Ajola or its licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Ajola a license to display it on the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ajola acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors. We are not responsible for disputes between hosts and vendors.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
