How to sync your calendar with Ajola

Ajola offers two-way calendar sync so your personal calendar and Ajola stay in sync.

Export: Ajola to your calendar

Go to Calendar & Availability in your vendor dashboard and click Get sync link under "Subscribe to Ajola calendar." Copy the URL and add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Your Ajola bookings and blackout dates will appear automatically.

Import: Your calendar to Ajola

Under Import external calendar, paste your calendar's iCal URL. Ajola will fetch your busy times and automatically block those dates so clients can't book you when you're unavailable.

Finding your iCal URL

• Google Calendar: Settings → Select calendar → "Secret address in iCal format"
• Apple Calendar: Right-click calendar → Share → Copy link
• Outlook: Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish → Copy ICS link

Synced dates are refreshed daily and can also be manually synced with the "Sync now" button.
