How to contact a vendor

You can message any vendor directly by clicking the Send Inquiry button on their listing page. Fill in your name, email, event date, and a message describing what you need.

After booking

Once you have an active booking, you can also message the vendor through your Bookings page or the Messages section of your dashboard. Vendors typically respond within a few hours during business hours.
