How to cancel a booking
Steps to cancel and what to expect based on the vendor's cancellation policy.
To cancel a booking:
- Go to your Bookings page and select the booking you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Booking and follow the prompts.
Each vendor sets their own cancellation policy, so refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel and the vendor's specific terms. You can view the cancellation policy on the booking details page.
Refund timing
If you cancel within the vendor's free cancellation window, you'll receive a full refund. Otherwise, a partial refund may apply. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days.
