How payments work on Ajola

Ajola uses Stripe for secure payment processing. All bookings and transactions are encrypted and protected.

For clients

• When you book a vendor, you may pay a deposit upfront with the remaining balance due closer to your event.
• Some vendors offer installment payment plans.
• Your financial information is never shared with vendors.

For vendors

• Once Stripe payouts are enabled, earnings will be sent directly to your connected bank account.
• You can track earnings and payout history in the Payouts section of your dashboard.
• Once live, payout processing typically takes 2-5 business days.

Service fee

Ajola charges a small service fee on each booking to cover platform costs, payment processing, and customer support. The exact fee is displayed before you confirm your booking.
